Pollux is our exotic play on the Witbier style. We take a classic Wit foundation and then spice it with lime peel and Vietnamese coriander. A touch of flaked oats in the mash gives it extra body to balance the spices. We then toss in a pulpy, slightly tart Latin American fruit called Soursop also known as Guanabana.
