"Loch" is a strong scotch ale in the color of a monk's frock with captivating ruby reflections. It has an ocher, abundant and persistent foam. Clear notes of caramel emerge on the nose followed by dried fruit, figs, cocoa and dark chocolate. In the mouth it is a hymn to malt, full and elegant, its softness accompanies the palate towards a complex finish, dry but at the same time long and enveloping. It hides its alcohol content well while maintaining a sustained body and a medium-low carbonation that give it importance without affecting the drink.
