Our wet hopped pale ale begins with a base of Munich and a little bit of wheat malt. Centennial, Cascade and Crystal hops are introduced during the boil and then each batch is hop-backed and dry-hopped with 200 pounds of sweet, fresh West Coast hops giving it a delightful aroma and finish.
