Brewed in collaboration with Invasive Species in Fort Lauderdale, this hybrid lager saw an initial cold fermentation with lager yeast and a warm secondary fermentation with a wild yeast. After a month of fermentation it was additionally lagered for 2 weeks. Unapologetically planted at the strange intersection between clean and funky, this experimental brew epitomizes throwing caution to the wind. A brewer's blasphemy displaying aromatic notes of warm croissant, ripe pear, lemon pith, pine sap, and hay baking under the summer sun.
