Dreams are visuals of our best memories. This flower has captivated our senses since first exploring Yakima's fresh hop season years before we started brewing. And we shall pay homage to it as brutally-committed disciples. Made with our house Belgian Ale yeast, but fermented cooler to allow the freshness of the hops to not be overwhelmed by ester. Hopped using freshly-picked Zaazer and Nugget hops that were driven to us by Hop Head Farms in Michigan. Expect bold spice and grass aromas from this take on the Houblon ales of Belgium.
