Brewer Style:
STOUT ALE . Dark beer made according to Irish tradition of high fermentation, with four cereals: barley, wheat, oats and rye. Style is world famous for the Guinness brand, but in its natural state (unfiltered and unpasteurized) is called Real Ale.
Tasting notes:
Combines the complexity of flavors with the softness of roasted grain, into a nutritious and regenerative beer. Serving temperature between 6º and 10ºC, although the optimal tasting is achieved above 7ºC when crop textures and flavors of beer Ale.

Malts: pale ale, chocolate, coffee, crystal, black and caramalt.
Cereals: roasted barley, barley flakes, wheat, oats and rye.
Flower of hops: northern brewer and Fuggles.
Yeast.
