Mashed with a blend of local barley malts courtesy of Riverbend Malt House of Asheville, North Carolina along with heaps of flaked rye. Hopped intensely in the whirlpool with citra and amarillo and dry hopped with azacca and amarillo. Fermented clean and crisp until bone dry with our preferred ale yeast. Injected into the fermenter with one half ton of native scuppernong grapes.
