The TAC is a "saison" of brewed Belgian inspiration using pilsner malt and wheat flakes that are added to the boiling hops chinook and Sorachi Ace both bitter in flavor. A moderate alcohol content (5.5% vol.) And pleasant bitter notes of hops make it suitable for all "seasons."
