The beer is well balanced with late hopped Galaxy & Summer Saaz resulting in a zesty clean finish, pleasing to the palate. The Galaxy hops (not actually sourced from outer space) provide a fruity note while Summer hops (a local Saaz variety) provide subtle spice and pepper note flavours. The resulting beer is a refreshing, naturally cloudy, cleansing Australian ale.
