Our Wisconsin take on the German gose (goes-uh) sour ale. In addition to the traditional ingredients of malted wheat, pilsner malt, coriander and dash of salt, we added Wisconsin cranberries twice during the brewing process, as well as a generous dose of Hibiscus flowers for a delightfully tart, fruity, refreshing beer to tame even the saltiest badger.
