One of the ways in which people like to add a bit of festive cheer to their Champagne (or nearest sparkling wine equivalent) is to drop into the glass a hibiscus flower that’s been soaked in syrup. The effect that has is to add some extra sweetness and a decidedly pink-red tinge. What Nomad has done in time for its Christmas 2016 release is to have a go at replicating the Champagne and hibiscus serve, but in beer form.
