So we decided to get some blood orange for our firkin of No Socks for the May Firkin First Friday here on May 5th, and since we had a little extra we figured the bold intense citrus and slight raspberry flavors/aromas in the blood orange would blend nicely with the tart and dry Gose. And we were right!
The resulting beer is dry, tart, and refreshing, with a zesty blood orange aroma and flavor.
