We use a complex malt bill as well as a high mash temperature to make sure this low alcohol beer can still be packed full of hops. We use a blend of 3 of the most fruit forward hops, and a fair share of juicy southern hemisphere hops, to pack this beer full of flavors of ripe melon and tropical fruit. Our house yeast blend adds notes of nectarine and peach while flaked oats create a fluffy mouthfeel.
