Peated Scottish Ale
A traditional "wee heavy" Scottish, characterized by a malty base sumptuous and elegant, with chestnut honey, caramel nuts and citrus coriander, enriched with a distinct feeling toasty which closes the peated malt.
Alcohol in%: 7.8 ABV
Fermentation: High fermentation and second fermentation in the bottle and in frame
Raw materials: Barley malt, peaty malt, coriander
Serving suggestions: Perfect for a mixed boiled, with cold cuts, paleta or jamon asado. Excellent with semi-mature pecorino and goats, also aged in fruit or grape marc, dark chocolate with hazelnuts; to accompany a mulled creams, a fireplace and a Toscanello Valdichiana.
