Is an Irish stout with Irish smoked seaweed. A beer dedicated to the memory of our Irish roots. It was natural to call it with our Irish surname GALLAGHER. An Irish stout made with atypical of smoked algae (Palmaria palmata commonly called D ulse ) collected on Irish coasts. The beer looks dark ink almost as impenetrable. The nose smells of roasted barley with notes of dark chocolate and coffee. In the mouth, the body is round but sliding with a bitter present but not intrusive. The slightly smoky smell and sea gave back by smoking on algae oak. I do not doubt in the dark ... If in doubt - Stout drink! Style : Irish stout Color: Dark 65 EBC Alcohol content: 5.5% abv Amaro: 40 IBU Serving temperature: 8-10 degrees of glass: Irish pint pairings: Soda Bread butter and smoked salmon! Oysters also fish and chips !!! Or, as we like, with simple cheese and onion crisps.
