Hey Porter begins as an English-inspired, immensely robust porter with a prodigious dark chocolate flavor thanks to a careful blend of Thomas Fawcett roasted malts. Post-fermentation additions of Ceremony Coffee's Nefas Mormora, a natural process Ethiopian gem, fold in flavors of chocolate-covered raisin, further amplifying the pre-existing, malt-derived dark fruit medley of grape, fig, and raisin.
