What do you get when you cross a Belgian Wit and a New England Style IPA? You get the Wind Forge IPA of course. Named after the alchemical furnace used in the purification process, we took the traditional processes and ingredients of a Belgian Wit, broke them down to the basics, and constructed a big and smooth IPA with notes of grapefruit, pineapple, and lemon. The beer pours with a noticeable haziness and soft head. The finish is fruity and smooth. Enjoy the Wind Forge with friends, or share it and make some new ones.
