The guys at Mission Taco Joint asked me to make a beer to compliment their effen awesome food. After 13 years of R&D I designed and did NOT patent a beerification process that makes enjoying west coast tacos 36% more better than any other brewery.
Sub-Mission is our collaboration beer with Mission Taco Joint. It's our "sub-mission" to make great beer to pair with their main mission, to make great tacos. The label is a throw back picture to Jason and Adam Tilford - the haircuts are based off a childhood picture of the brothers.
