Our first iteration of a Brut IPA. Employing an enzyme to assist a neutral ale strain in fermenting all available sugar in the wort, this IPA is bone dry, yet incredibly drinkable and hopped with Mosaic, Citra & Azacca. Carbonated high for an effervescent, refreshing enjoyment.
