As is traditional Belgian brewing Birra del Borgo also engages in the production of a Christmas beer. Spiced with raisins and orange peel, the nose is revealed with warm and enveloping notes with hints of dried fruit, citrus and a slight honey. In the mouth the initial hints of caramel and chestnut honey immediately leave the place to the fruit of cherry and currant, with a pleasant bitter end.
