One of the "local beers" brewery. In this case the main ingredient are the roots of gentian that come from the cooperative Micillo di Consigliano. The roots are used in an infusion lasting two minutes during the latter stages of the boil. The beer in the nose is dominated by peppery notes, undergrowth and floral. In the mouth the first impression is honeyed, followed by hints of roots, pepper and yellow fruit. The aftertaste is mild but very persistent.
