Inspired by the Nordic tradition, is a stout impenetrable color to which we added during boiling fresh oysters shell and all: to be precise, the prized Fin de Claire N2 from the coast of Brittany (15 kg of oysters per 500 liters of must ). The nose presents beautiful roasted notes and slightly savory, mineral, dates from the shell. In the mouth it is soft and full, with a pleasant final salty but not overbearing given by the mollusk.
