The Craft Brewery Aurelio was born in Ladispoli and in just a few years has collected numerous appreciations in the brewing panorama, both in Italy and abroad.
Bruno and Valerio’s project comes alive in a stone’s throw from the seaside, on the coast near Rome, to develop and establish itself, in the green hills of Bracciano, a few kilometers from the north of the capital. Their passion quickly led them to experiment and develop a set of beers characterized by the exclusive brewery instinct, also appreciated in other European countries.
Beyond its collaboration with the Dutch brewery Pampus of Amsterdam (which gave life to the Hop Brothers, an excellent IPA), the Brewery Aurelio has been invited to main Italian events, and achieved the first place in the Italian beers consumed among British fair events.
The brewery has been called to collaborate numerous times by Eataly for events that have achieved surrounding success both in the public atmosphere and in the brewing production: shortly, in fact, is expected the release of the last creation, the black saison Black Hole Sun.
