Top-fermented beer with a dark brown colour with a compact and persistent foam. Smelling it there are toasted, licorice, coffee and chocolate aromas. Tasting it we find the same aromas, with the prevalence of the chocolate one, with a slight woody and earthy aroma. Average bitter, this is a complex beer, but not demanding. It’s not filtered nor pasteurized and fermented again in the bottle.
