Some of the best Outlaws are created while having to do hard time. This one was fermented with Brettanomyces and locked up for 10 months in American & French Oak Cabernet Barrels. It was then tossed in with dark and juicy Blackberries which resulted in one purple'sh Outlaw. The start of this beer will be berry sweet with grapes and tart cherries before lingering into mildly acidic wine tannins and an earthy cabernet spice note that finishes oaky dry.
