Another take on a fairly rare European style, this is comfortably the biggest beer in the Bridge Road range, other than occasional specials. Loosely based on a traditional French / Belgian farmhouse ale, it contains spices that bounce off the hefty malt backbone to create a dried fruit aroma with hints of star anise and clove, all in combination with fruity esters from the yeast strain.
