Perhaps our most daring exploration of craft malt was a combination of wits, lending Jester King Brewery terroir-focused thinking, with custom-process oriented Blacklands Malt. The result is a dark and brooding strong malty lager forged with Texas Wildflower Honey to produce reminders of candied nuts, warm tobacco, maple strawberry reduction and date infused Scotch.
