Blended from the mixed culture house sour ale that resides in our taproom oak puncheons. Made with lemon, lime and tangerine peels and aged with ginger root, vanilla beans and cinnamon. Bright baker's spice, decadent graham cracker and confectionary fruit fill up this tart and refreshing slowly-soured ale.
