This steel-fermented tart ale was forged from Riverbend Pilsner, honey and biscuit malt, and very lightly hopped with Mandarina hops. Fresh lime juice, lime zest and lime peel were added along with vanilla, cinnamon, salt, and flaked oats to round out our Gose with a key lime pie finish.
