Once a year, the great harvest yields the resinous fresh hop cones that most of us brewers living far from the hop fields won't ever see until dried. Thanks to Hop Head Farms in Michigan, who drove them down to us, we dry-hopped this beer with 400# of high quality East Coast Cascade and Chinook. The beer showcases piney and pithy resins in a light-bodied barley and wheat IPA.
