Brewed in collaboration with @sinaguamalt and @azwildeness, this 6th installment of the Ambient Terrain Rustic Lager Series acts as a celebration of the American Southwest. Here, we've re-interpreted the Mexican lager with all American ingredients including barley and blue corn grown and malted in Arizona and an experimental variety of neomexicanus hops that are native to the Southwest. A true representation of a terroir rarely seen in beer, providing far-out notes of crisp cracker, late summer foliage, hewn oak, young coconut shells and un-ripe pear.
