Brewed with A blend of pale barley, local Riverbend Wheat and lactose this 100% brettanomyces-fermented IPA is hopped with Mosaic, Azacca, Idaho 7, Citra, El Dorado and Cashmere hops. The beer includes an addition of 120# of Pineapple purée in the secondary. This full-bodied hoppy brett ale is a blend of the best of both worlds.
