This Pale is made with 2-Row and 40% wheat from three varietals; malted red wheat, flaked wheat, and raw NC-grown wheat. Bonedagger offers a round mouthfeel and a midly-sweet grain presence, but is dry-hopped with dank and peachy Amarillo, Eureka, and Simcoe hops that take this Pale to the bounds of the style.
