When the trees speak, we lend a willing ear to their siren-esque bellows. These are the gifts of the invisible beasts haunting our grounds. An incredibly radical experiment thanks to the discovery of a native yeast in our taproom garden, isolated by our lab director and affectionately named "RayDennes". The presents resounding hybrid Belgian-style presentation of banana and phenolic elements, with boldly American orchard fruit of plum and apricot. Fruit candy, bubblegum, and a slight decadant herbality can be found in this ale, dry-hopped with experimental HBC 640, Mosaic and Jarrylo hops.
