Our hearts never left the Pacific NW, and this is where we first came to love the sweet nectar of barleywine. This prized strong ale of beer's history is the perfect expression of malt, chemistry, and age. Our barleywine was aged for over 15 months, first in Willet Bourbon Barrels and then again in renowned American Pinot Noir barrels. The resulting concoction is an amalgamation of bold caramel, toffee, vanilla bean and sherry wrapped into one badass package.
