Laid to rest in the cage of our own foolish making. The rapture boldly beckons from across the bars. Made with a blend of our house saison, a portion of which was aged within our puncheon wall at the taproom. This saison was aged upon Chrysanthemum flowers for several weeks to lend botanicals and honey aroma.
