Cavalier Courage is one of the great stories of the craft beer world in 2013. It saw Dr Ian Davis, who had discovered he had Motor Neurone Disease, hook up with the brewers of his epiphany craft beer to create a beer that they hoped would raise funds and awareness for research into the disease.
