At first glance of it’s brilliant amber colour, you’ll see a lager beer in the Pilsner style. But this Kölsch is radically different. It is a smooth ale, but well-hopped. It has a lot of body and enjoys a fruity flavour, displaying the purity of its components. It is freshly aromatic, with a dry finish, a product of the hops.
