Galactic Space Circus is a hazy single hop IPA made with Australian Galaxy hops. Weve added lactose sugar and a hefty portion of oats to give the beer an extra creamy mouthfeel. The aroma has orange, nectarine, and tangerine followed by some papaya, watermelon, and pine. The flavor is bold with pineapple, mango, a touch of floral notes, and an orange Fanta finish. The result is an amalgamation of fruit flavors that saturate the palate with a slightly sweet and fuller body.
The name Galactic Space Circus comes from a George Clinton & P-Funk tour of the same name.
