The main feature of this beer is that it is brewed with two types of flowers, kept secret by the producers.
As you can imagine, given the use of flowers, it is a very sweet tasting beer.
Notes of caramel, malt, acacia honey and floral scents reminiscent of spring are perceived on the nose, while fruity notes emerge on the palate which give this sweet and velvety beer a slightly bitter aftertaste.
