Gravity Never Fails is a Porter fermented with a blend of two Belgian yeast strains. The beer will be dry with big chocolate flavors and a light roast character. We used an experimental hop called Warneton 7784. The hop was named after the Belgian town where the hop varietal was grown on a farm. The number, 7784, is the towns zip code. Nino really wanted to showcase this hop based on the malt profile he and Bob came up with. This lended to a much more hop assertive Porter.
