Our Indian Red Ale is classic IPA brewed with American and European hops.
We studied the origins of the IPA and our IRA takes you back to the 17th century with just one sip. IPAs are known to be overly hopped and ours is no exception. We have used a variety of hops in this ale to hit the bitterness notes an IPA needs.With a very specific hop schedule.
