Hybrid between beer and sake produced with barley malt, wheat and rice, flavored with Japanese green tea and jasmine flowers and fermented with the technique of "simultaneous saccharification and fermentation (SSF)" which is the same as the sake brewing strains using both that molds koji used in the production of "Japanese" rice wine. The black koji (yeast) yields sour-citric flavors.
