Chrysopolis has a golden yellow color, rather opaque, has a very low carbonation. The nose is very complex and intriguing, revealing a bouquet dotted with hints taking us back to the memory damp and dark cellars scattered in Flemish Brabant: lemon and citron zests, horse blanket, salami mold, rust and leather. On the palate it shows the sharp lactic acidity with a typical roughness by Brett, slightly blurred by reminiscences of vinegar. Wood is present but discretely, staying politely in the second oor. e nish is very persistent and intense, showing great finesse. This beer really pushes us the boundaries of taste, leaving us only a moment to realize that you cannot embrace the immeasurable.
