Special Relativity is a special case of General Relativity, which focuses more on time (and space) as opposed to gravity. To pay homage to this theory, which gave rise to E = MC2, we brewed a stout that's a special case of our stout General Relativity. For Special Relativity 2, we brewed this beer with a healthy dose of wheat and allowed it to naturally carb and condition for many months. This stout pours viscous black releasing aromas of creamy milk chocolate, roasted coffee, toasted marshmallow, vanilla, and a touch of dark fruit out of tan-mousse head. Its flavor follows the aroma with a full creamy body that dances on the palate from tight natural carbonation. Please enjoy at 55°-60°F. This beer will cellar well at proper cellaring temperatures.
