Jupiter is known as the Roman god of lightning. It's also the city in Florida that Civil Society calls home. Around the time we were working out logistics for Karl's visit to collab, a customer named Matt Pfisterer snapped an awesome photo of a lightning bolt over our brewery and the name Beard of Jupiter was born.
Beard of Jupiter (8.0% ABV DIPA) pours a hazy gold tangerine color releasing aromas of tropical fruit and citrus with flavors of tangerine, melon, assorted tropical fruits, earth and passionfruit with a very strong EQ juice finish.
