dHop1 is our 8.5% DIPA with an intense mosaic forward hop bill. This is the second release of this beer and we're very excited about this batch. Applying what we've learned from this series, we were able to pull more brightness and blueberry from mosaic than ever before. It pours a very murky tangerine color, releasing notes of bright blueberry, dank-citrus, more dank-citrus, earthy grass, tropical melon. The taste is a juicy piney blueberry, with a chewy mouth feel and a firm but rounded bitterness.
