Pure malt ale, brewed with 100% barley malt. Violante has a an intense taste and a slight bitterness, furthermore it has an aftertaste of caramel. Its head is thick, creamy and adherent. Unfiltered, unpasteurized, top-fermented and second fermentation in the bottle.
Ingredients:
Water of Gualdo Tadino, barley malt, wheat, yeasts and hops, sugar candy.
Natural yeast sediment at the bottom of the bottle is an indicator of its craftsmanship.
We recommend serving Violante cold in a “Strong” stemmed beer glass.
Suggested food pairings: Violante is best with risotto, pasta of a distinctive flavour and game meat. The bitter notes and fullness of this beer are also exalted with mushrooms, pork knuckle and rustic cheeses.
