The Cascade, Citra, Cashmere and Ella hops, used in fairly equal proportions and in dry-hopping, give citrus (orange peel, mandarin and citron), herbaceous (lemongrass), tropical (pineapple and mango), hazelnut (apricot), floral and resinous pine. In the background, a malty touch perceived as bread, cereal, cracker and biscuit. Silky texture, medium-light body and moderate carbonation. Taste profile marked by fruit and cereals at the beginning of the drink, and then veering towards a herbaceous and resinous bitterness towards the dry finish characterized by a persistent herbaceous bitterness. Ultimately, it is a refreshing, modern and hoppy India Pale Ale with which one can enjoy a wide range of hop aromas and flavors.
