On the nose, the sweetness of the biscuit malt combines with the fruity fragrances (apricot, berries, pineapple, mango, peach and melon), citrus (grapefruit) with a herbaceous and floral touch, donated by the conspicuous use of Citra hops, Mosaic, Simcoe and Ekuanot in dry-hopping. Medium body with medium carbonation. On the palate, creamy and silky, flavors of juicy exotic fruit, yellow pulp fruit develop, together with a delicate citrus bitterness that dissipates quickly. Easy and refreshing, it leaves the scene with a bittersweet finish.
